If you want a new copy it should be a breeze to come by, I found mine at
Barnes & Noble online - before they had a textbooks section. I forget
how much it was though, $30-$35 sounds about right (it's paperback).

I'd just also like to say that I thought it was a good introduction -- I
read it and thoroughly understood it without really having anybody teach
me the stuff.
