List limits, and Passover/Easter

The last few days, the digests have all had exactly 100 messages each. It
seems that this is the limit for the list that David set up [as a result of
massive overposting a couple of years ago, IIRC]. Since we haven't heard
from Mr Durand for a while, I'm wondering whether the listserv is just
managing itself and restricting posts to 100 per day. This would be why
we're receiving "list is locked" messages when posting.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to combine multiple short posts where
convenient.

Not coined by me, alas, but [possibly] by an old acquaintance - at least,
that's where I got it from.

Indeed. Since we always celebrate on Nisan 14, our Memorial can be any day
of the week, so it's normally near the Easter holiday, but I suppose it
could be a month away sometimes. All the fine points of lunar observation
recently discussed here have reminded me of that, and that it must be a
minefield working it all out.

Um... always wondered this, but never had anyone to ask till now: is the
name Astarte related?
