IIRC, a mud/moo setup is something sort of like a chat room only it's
on-line,
like this, where people graphically outline and agree upon an
environment:
the castle is here, the woods is there, the road goes north, passing the
village, the blacksmith is just east of the well, etc. etc. etc.
Apparently
it involves somekind of programming that is beyond me to explain, which
is
the mud/moo part, and people role-play using this thing.
