I notice a lot of dissatisfactory comments have been made, so I think I
should mention this is actually pretty good--I especially like the use of
kays and gees in the pal-vel-uvu series.

The bit that stands out for me is, I can see the use of palatalizing ~
(inspired by ñ, I assume) but it seems inconsistent to apply that to the
pharyngeals.  Mightnt h* or h$ be more apt?
