The first to notice is that at least for these first two, at least, there
often is no adposition--it just so happens that English uses them (it really has
to, what with the way it's set up). Also, you don't need a serial verb (the
last two sentences show serial verb constructions) for "He poured wine into
the glass" (you type-o'd there), you could just say: "He glass-poured wine".
Noun incorporation can, in fact, handle much of what you're talking about.
Also, do you not one noun cases? Those aren't adpositions, but function like
them.
