Only three or four days difference. I forget exactly when Bede lived, but the Julian and Gregorian calendars are synchronous for the 200's, one day for the 300's and 400's, two for the 500's, and so on. I believe Bede was 7th century? So, the difference would've been three days, so that March 21 Julian was March 24 Gregorian. -- "If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore, and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God!" - Ralph Waldo Emerson ICQ: 18656696 AIM Screen-Name: NikTailor
