There are no priests; anyone who knows the appropriate song for the occasion may sing it. And most of the rites are public or semi-public. On the other hand, my other two concultures do have priests (and written language) so they might end end up with some serious fossilization, depending on the circumstances. I'll have to give that some thought. Sorry to have been so long in replying to your suggestions on this thread; I've been out of town, and thus cut off from e-mail since Friday morning. Isidora
