At least two independent sources have called it "Finchley Central":
the book of non-games cited by Hofstadter, and Colin Fine of the
Lojban list, from personal experience.  Which is not to say that there
can't be variants: I myself have played it under the title of "Grand
Central", referring to the NYC subway station of that name.
