New forums (was Re: Another Glossotechnia playtesting report)

And it's not just you; I've seen this sort of thing in other places,
too (for example, Lojban) -- someone comes up with a new place and
invites everyone to join, without giving good reasons why the existing
places, which people already use to exchange information, are not good
enough.
