In rtemmu, the particles that describe speed of change may be dropped if they are
understood, which is what I did, considering that, if everybody didn't know either
everyone's speed of development and all individual understandings of truth,
then obviously, everyone's appreciation of the emotion of "only-ness" would also be
unknown. Thus I dropped it.
However, it is not good form in rtemmu to have a content-word without at least one
rate-of -change particle preceding it.
Usually, the rate of the speaker's change is dropped, but the rate of the process is
usually kept, even if it is obvious.
