th - voiceless th (bath)

x = ks

zh - measure (the s)

One of these days I will have to put it as a grafic so I can show where the
stress and all is at and more.. Or a Wav file, I know it is easy to make a Wav
file and put it on a webpage. Not sure about a Midi.
