You know, I listened to the thing about a dozen times
in a row. Then the idea hit me, what if this song
isn't in a single language at all. It seems to be
devided into phrases of near-equal length and a good
many of them seem to differ significantly in character
from the adjoining phrases. What if the lyrics are a
repetition of a single phrase in multiple languages or
simply switch randomly from language to language?
I guess the thought struck me since I wrote such a
song years ago. The verses were in English, but the
corus consisted mostly fo the repetition of a single
phrase in various languages which changed with each
repetition of the chorus. Something like that could
be happening here.
