My girlfriend has a tendency to mix up names, calling one person by another
person's name, mixing up ages, families and genders quite recklessly, and
she herself never notices when she does it. She calls it her "name-Altzheimer"
Most frequently this happens within the family, but here we almost always know
who is meant by context, except when she calls for someone from one room to
another. It only gets real difficult when she talks about people at her work
and others that the person she's speaking with knows only by hearsay.
