Today's Kura snapshot

I've worked a lot on Kura for the last few days, and I've put up a new
snapshot today. Kura can now be configured, you can edit most objects,
and even see how the interdepencies between, say lexical forms, will
be implemented.

Also, the port to Qt 2.2 is now complete, and there's a Windows binary
of the MySQL database bindings, so someone who's _very_ courageous could
attempt installing Kura on Windows. That's still completely unsupported,
of course, and the person aforementioned will likely run into some
'issues', but all the bits are now available.

(Oh, and Kura has been mentioned on O'Reilly Network:
http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/a/python/2000/11/15/pythonnews.html.
Can't spell my name right, but it's kind of flattering ;-)
