Don't bother posting it to this list, unless you copy the text into the
body of the message; the server automatically strips attachments from the
mailing list.

Also, you might want to change the format of that document. Many people
either can't or won't open a strange MS Word document, as the format is
notorious for carrying computer viruses. Why not use html markup? I
understand that MS Word can save as html, and you have placed it on a web
server.
