Well, it sound like a verb to me here.... sounds rather forceful too. I
think "to bank" means "to hit your hit against the wall for an extended
period of time, after having given up to explain to a bad-english-speaking
chinese guy that he is pleading his case on the wrong list". Is that getting
close?
