I've used this to create Omni-Roman, Omni-Cyrillic and the Deini
keyboard drivers.
The only quirk is I have to assign the keyboard to an existing
language in Windows so I have Deini listed as Akrikaans for now.
It would be nice to find something where I can create my own
complete language pack.
