High German is some expensive dry wine. It's an acquired taste, and
makes some people choke and cough if they're not used to it, but
offers the quiet bliss of unsuspected complexities, refined class and
lyrical depth to the connoisseur.
American English is ketchup. Very tasty and popular, but intolerant
of any other flavor.
Obrenje is creamed cauliflower soup. Not sweet, but not agressive
either, nourishing but not heavy or greasy. Reminiscent of Russian
borshtsh, but without all the clumpy bits.
