Northwest Territories must have the coolest looking plates - shaped like a
Polar bear. The most extreme sighting I had (I play the plate-spotting
game too) was a British Columbia plates in Hungary. The car had no
European plates on it at all, only BC plates, and the insurance sticker
was current, so I figure the bloke must have taken his car with...
