I've spotted already quite a few cars with American plates since I moved to the
Netherlands, 1 year ago. And strangely enough, I lived for about 25 years in
France and only ever saw two American plats there, both in the South of
France...
Still, I wonder who would bring his/her car overseas... It must be awfully
expensive!!!
