ROTFLMAO... I'll hafta ask my relatives (on this Chang Side, not the Wong Side, of course). The older generation of Changs from Malaysia will prob'ly laugh most heartily too... havin' had their fill of British Colonials who complained about the Chang family's inordinate taste in cuisine, i.e. durian fruit. Grandfather was a hospital triage doctor under the British. Every durian season he'd go AWOL off in the jungle areas with the Senoi tribes people... first few times the Limeys sent police to retrieve him, but after a few more seasons they gave up (mosta time they couldn't even find him ::tip o' the hat to the Senoi::)... They, the Tall Pommies, the Brits, insisted he not bring any durians onto the wards as it's "pungent odour may cause systemic shock and irreparable harm to the British and Allied soldiery in recovery" ...ROTFLMAO A friend of mine recently literally kicked me outta his car cuz I had just drunk& eaten a Durian Pearl Drink... hadta walk home... thru nasty-ass gangbanger turf. I am rather certain I was safe anyways ;) ...
