Conlang conference commemorative stamps

I just received in the mail a packet of
commemorative stamps issued by the Uteg Republic
(a micronation I had not previous heard of, I reckon),
with the Conlang Flag and Esperanto text:
UNUA KONFERENCO PRI LINGVO-KREADO
23 IV 2006
KALIFORNIO
There was also a card with English and Esperanto text
on opposite sides briefly describing the conference and
the stamp issue.
