I had this for a while but being a Linux program, it's kind of a hassle
getting it to work under Windless. It does work with Cygwin though. I have
yet to try it with andLinux or CoLinux.

I just look packages up in Synaptic and install from there. It's easier.
Font creation isn't that easy though. The better font packages require some
knowledge of fontmaking and computer encodings. The MS tool may be a better
choice for a beginner even if it's not very powerful or flexible.
