well the fuzziness is the blue of the crayola colored pencil
"blue"... but the face and hands (and other parts of the
monkey that do not have fur) would be a lighter blue more
like the crayola colored pencil "sky blue"... i don't know
if that helps but it was the only thing i could think of
that would be standard...
