Hmmm, I don't know whether I'd choose flaumig for fuzzy here. Flaumig
has a
very delicate connotation, as in the would-be moustache of a teenager, or
cotton candy, or a tuft of lint. It seems what you're looking for is
"flauschig", which describes something more substantial and tangible, as
a teddy bear,
a fur coat or an eiderdown pillow.
On the other hand, fuzzy could also be translated as "unscharf", meaning
fuzzy as in a badly taken photograph. We're not talking about photographed
monkeys, right? =P
A somewhat less strict translation could also yield "kuschelig" or "pelzig".
High German: Flauschige blaue Affen /"flaUS1g@ "blaU@ "af:n=/
Swiss German: Fluuschigi blaui Äffli /"flu:Sigi "blawi "af:li/
