You are not the only one. I have checked out my ancestors to a fairly remote
past, and all I could find was some French lady somewhere in the 18th century.
All the rest is Dutch.
This is only true if you consider Frisian Dutch; my grandfather from my
mother's side was half Frisian.
My girl-friend on the other hand is more interesting: 1/2 Russian-Jewish, 1/4
Polish, and 1/4 Ukrainian.
Our daughter will probably become a very beautiful woman once.
