And, of course, there's Latin iu:s "law", Skt yo's "welfare", Av. yaoz^da:
"purify", which point to a PIE root ieus (> my guess at pseudo-Germanic
*j(i)ur-), with a meaning somewhere near "goodness, morality". Also, PIE
dik' "to show, indicate, express", whence Gk di'ke: "justice" (> my guess
at pseudo-Germanic *dih-/dejh-).
