It's part of a Sephardic Passover Seder-night "ceremony" that is a
"dramatization/recreation" of the exodus...the questions are in some
dialect of Arabic, and the answers are in Hebrew:
"where are you coming from? from Mitzrayim (Egypt)."
"where are you going to? to Yerushalayim (Jerusalem)."
"what are your provisions? matzah (unleavened bread) and maror (bitter
herbs)."
It begins with a biblical verse ("mish'arotam....", i don't know where
exactly) that describes the Israelites leaving Egypt with their sacks
over their shoulders.
