This should be the last message about the relay that goes to the
whole list, until we disclose all.

There are currently 12 people (with 14 languages) who want to be in.
I'm still missing some of the regulars. I don't want to go above 25
people or 30 laps, so please be quick.

The mailing list is up: I'll subscribe everybody I have sent, or will
send, a "you're in" message. You don't have to subscribe yourself,
though the list will probably ask for confirmation. Please bear with
me if there are any glitches, I've never managed a mailing list
before.

If you want to lurk (do you *really* want to lurk? it's only to tell
people who sent what to whom, and to bitch about the order) you can
