I would tend to agree with linking to the Wikipedia article on Esperanto, and on any other IALs you mention. UEA is an important organization in the Esperanto movement (though arguably less so than in the past) but its website isn't necessarily the best place for someone just learning about the language for the first time. Generally, the press resources page looks good, though I would prefer to title the 'Wikipedia' link as 'Wikipedia article "Constructed language"'. -- Jim Henry http://www.pobox.com/~jimhenry/
