I have trouble keeping east and west apart in Valdyas, but that's
probably because the east has things I associate with Western Europe
(mild climate, wine-growing, prosperous towns) and the west things I
associate with Eastern Europe and Central Asia (endless grassy
plains, poor crops, nomadic people).
