Except I also had a progressive.

I suspect I didn't really give much thought to it as I was making the
inflections, because I remember trying to decide exactly how to use the
various cases.  Some of them I decided were rare/formal or archaic, but
I didn't mark them on my notes, so I don't remember which ones those
were.
