Julie (and were I one, I'd surely change my
name!); Julios and Juliocesares, yes.

Which? Patrick, Pat(M), Pat(F), Patricius or
Patricia? Presumably Patricius. That's rare, but
not impossible (actually, a quick websearch found
several hundred Patricius Joneses in CA alone).

Never came acrost a male Sandy either. Several
female ones, though. Generally, we find Alex
representing Alexander.
