That shouldn't be _too_ much problem, actually. There's a selection of
nice free unicode fonts for that range here:
http://www.mts.net/~pmorrow/fonts.htm
You may have more problems finding software that will support it. And
of course, people won't be able to see it on the web without the
fonts, although you could direct them to the page above.
