Probably not restricted to IB; I've seen it in several contexts of
alternate timelines.  *there* is in the conworld (alternate timeline)
and *here* is in our natworld (our timeline).

I've adopted the use for speaking about my alternate timeline of
Þrjótrunn/Terkunan, too.
