You're certainly welcome to do that! I for one think you can certainly
mix conlanging and cartooning - especially if it's more towards the
fantasy or sci-fi end of things. Of course, one the greatest
cartoonists (Mr Schultz) must have been a conlanger, having devised
Woodstock's tongue (with native orthography!). ;)
