Well, unless there has been a significant change in geography and Rochester,
NY is in the Upper Midwest, no. :) You'll just have to organize your own
ConLangCon...maybe in Buffalo, which looks like it's half-way between
Rochester and Toronto. Isn't H.S. Teoh in Toronto?
