The project, rather than the conlang. Conhistorically, they'll end up
as unrelated languages (aside from their roots in PIE, and probably
satemicity). Nathistorically, I'm taking some of the ideas from the
project and making them a separate project, while leaving the rest of
the project to develop without them.
