What do you mean by 'most'? In French, this _kind_ of construction is not
seen; le lui, la lui, les lui, le leur, la leur, and les leur are all
possible.
Italian offers "glielo", etc.
And Portuguese has "lho" for "lhe + o", etc.
Which leaves us with Romanian and smaller langs like Catalan.
Spanish seems to be the only langh that uses this strategy.
