TECH: Language-Learning Software

Does anyone know of free, open source or otherwise extensible,
software to help with language-learning? I'm looking for something
that goes beyond the simple vocabulary flashcards and dictionaries
that I've been able to find. I'm looking for software that's meant to
help create grammar and reading/writing lessons, which I can use with
my conlang.

So far I've found an abundance of flashcard applications, but nothing
more involved than that.
