I made an Excel spreadsheed of your equation and got following values as
results: (I used a=440Hz, though)

I made an mp3 file with the sine sounds of the first column (220 - 403.482
Hz). If you'd like to hear it, send me a mail with the header containing
"conlang list - 8tet mp3" so that I can see that it's no spam. The file is
just some 63KB big, but I don't want to upload it to my server. I can send
you the spreadsheet, too, if you want: Excel 2000 .xls, 14KB. I've just got
to translate it into English. Or maybe I try to write a Pascal program of
this. Or I try to make this available online with a php script...
