Okaikiar: Zido zeo mailonk! /'zi.do zeo 'maj.lonk/
Curnalis: Rakiniv! /,ra.ki'niv/
The first two are both literally (more or less) "May the new year be
happy!". The Curnalis is not a literal translation; it's rather the
traditional New Year's Eve greeting among the Presu (the people who
speak Curnalis). Literally it seems to derive from a phrase in an older
version of the language meaning something like "festival night", or
perhaps "festive night".
