Just because /g/ and /t/ are just allophonies of <K> and <D> respectivelly,
and have no representation of their own... well, actually it is KA^DU~ (/o/
is an allophony of <U>).
But once the word became a full Hangkerimce word, is just pronounced
/'kAdu/.
Well, actual pronunciation would vary on emphasis from /'kADo/ to /'gOdu/.
