This reminds me of one in Hungarian:

Az ipafai papnak fapipa'ja van, teha't az ipafai papi pipa papi fapipa

/Oz ipOfOi pOpnOk fOpipa:jO vOn tEha:t Oz ipOfOi pOpi pipO pOpi fOpipO/

The priest of Ipafa has a wooden pipe, thus the priestly pipe of Ipafa is
a priestly wooden pipe.

I vaguely remember something in Swedish that starts as "sjo: sjuk
sjo:menn..."
