These days, yes, many poets use half rhyme, particularly in free verse,
which doesn't have set rhyme schemes (but does, frequently, rhyme,
alliterate, assonate, and everything else). I do quite frequently, for
example; in some poems, when I want a more subtle effect, I prefer it to
full rhyme, in fact. (Now, my sentence structure is another matter. Oy)
