Shouldn't the Quenya be alcar? Again it seems odd that Sind. keeps the
final syllable, I'd have predicted something like the Cein version.
Do we know the PE form?

I would have expected -nd- >> -nn- in Cein as in Sind. here

I can't see why the final syllable wasn't lost in Sindarin. PE filiky ???
It should certainly go in Cein >> ffil
