For the record, I actually didn't say that. I believe the most primitive
form to've been *_aklaara_. However, the loss of final short "a" occured
before the separation of the Amanya and Sindarin branches of Elvish (Amanya,
of course, includes Quenya), so as far as Cein is concerned there's no
difference.
