No, but something fishy seems to be going on with "q" and "kh" in it. The
Kazakh version of the word "Kazakh" is, I'm told, "qazaq", the lake that used
to be "Lake Balkhash" on Soviet era maps is "Balqash Köl" on my newer maps. Is
there some allophonic variation that's recognized in Russian but not Kazakh
orthography or what?
