Again Russian, IIRC. At least a discussion on this list (mainly involing
Russian-speakers) a few years ago convinced me that the 's' and 'z' in
Russian are dental sounds, and the palatal forms of them are palatal
dental fricatives.
Indeed, the "anglijskoje proiznoshenie" _English pronunciation_ section
of my little Russian dictionary says, under [T]:
Произносится как русское "с", но кончик языка находится
между зубами
Proiznositsja kak russkoje "s", no konchik jazyka nakhoditcja mezhdu zubami
Pronounced like Russian "s", but with the end of the tongue between the
teeth.
(and similarly for [D], with "z" as the starting point)
