Yes, except that <re-> etc. can be applied to anything, not
only nouns and adjectives (though you can say <-i'simamente>
for an adverb). <Rete-> is more Central American or Mexican.
<Requete-> is a bit childish, also; <recontra-> is more
forceful and it tends to sound rude too.
